The woman is a power hungry, manipulative, mean, sneaky, malicious bitch.  She's one of those that trys to hide these traits...she attempts sincerity, kindness and then doesnt think twice to bugger you over.  And this just isnt staff, this is with kids and parents.  I get really embarrased about her behaviour sometimes

Ignore the fact i cant wait to get rid of the bitch, I do think Dubai would be good move for her.  She's often cried about her life, her lack of friends, the state of her marriage - i dont hold out much sympathy for her, her lifes her own making.  She'll have the opportunity to start her life fresh without people knowing exactly what she's like, it could be her second chance at life.

Its a win win situation
