She's leaving...

It's official, my boss is leaving *does her happy dance*

Everyone is extremely happy and there will be much celebrating at her leaving party  She is a very dillusional person and is under the impression that staff and parents will miss her when she has left, silly bint.  So the countdown commences to the end of July.

So i spent all week trying to find a venue, sorting out the guest list, catering blah blah.  Pissing me off to be honest as i hate this woman, but no one else is going to help her so i feel obliged.  Stupid i know

So it came down to 2 venues  Great Fosters (see the Tithe Barn) which is absolutely gorgeous.  After visiting it, ive decided i will at some point have a dirty weekend there.  It jsut has to be done

The other was the Great Conservatory at Syon House which is also lovely.  It seems that a decision was made in favour of the Conservatory as it was cheaper (not cheap).

So im in for a lot of stress until she leaves, but the thought that she wont be here next year is keeping me going for now!

sounds positive enough...and why don't you book your dirty weekend the same time as her leaving party?
organise it - then tell her you're busy?

Slight problem there kev, i need someone to have a dirty weekend with :)) Unless i book in my rabbit, but then its not quite the same!

Oooo I love it when someone quits who I hate working with. Mean I know, but damn!! If I have to go to work everyday then I like it to be as enjoyable as possible which cannot be done when working with certain people.

You're telling me. The woman is the boss unfortuantely and gets away with what ever she chooses to do. I'd give her a slap if i met her outside of work :))

Both venues look lovely enamel .It's a pity you have the take on the martyr /guilt attitude . Looks like you are good at this organising things.... you are doing a grand job, and you might even enjoy doing it if you let yourself. You don't have to like her to do this. It's all experience AND you get to go to a fun party :)

I'm enjoying the organising, but it annoys me that its for the benefit of someone i frankly despise! But alot of staff will be there and im going to make it a good oen for them, because everyone at that party will be celebrating :))

She's manipulative, plays mind games, is inconsiderate, has no respect for anyone, thinks she is far smarter than everyone else, thinks she has class, picks on children, picks on parents and wouldnt blink an eyelid at ruining someones career. Short example, when our deputy headteacher left a few years ago, she rang the local council he was applying for jobs at to warn them off him 'anonymously'. And i so wish i was lying here! But everyday she does something mean and spiteful. I can honestly say i have never met someone like her :) The bitch :))
